Have you seen the cash rewards or bonuses on websites or yard signs? Ranging from $10k to $30k?
Now you’d think most people would realize that nothing is for free, right? Not really. So many people sign up with Realtors that offer cash rewards that these Realtors are becoming millionaires. So I too will offer cash rewards! I want your business and if this is what you want then you can have it. First of all, you will need to pay more to list your house. What? Yes, if you want to be a part of this deal you have to list for a higher commission rate. Wonder why?
Maybe, maybe it costs to offer the program…cash rewards. The cash to pay you has to come from somewhere, might as well come from you right? Well, then what happens? When you close on your home you get a certificate and a list of To Dos. This list tells you that you can collect your reward sometime in the future, maybe 3 or 4 years. When your time comes you have 7 days to act…wonder why? Maybe because most people procrastinate or just don’t move that fast, so they’ll miss the claim, and the money doesn’t get paid out to them. That’s enough of the lesson, if you still want a Cash Reward program I will offer it to you, if you take what I will save you and play the lotto you’d probably be better off!
